Biography

Casey Wallace began her higher education career in 2004 in admissions at Johnson County Community College. In 2014 she accepted a position at the University of Kansas in admissions with transfer students. She has been active in regional and national professional organizations including President of the Kansas Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admission Officers. She has presented on topics such as social media, recruitment and admissions, and collaboration. She has been published in the American Association of Collegiate Registrar and Admission Officers Strategic Enrollment Management Online Newsletter.  

Casey is a native of Lawrence, KS, and graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration in 2003. In 2007 she walked down the hill having earned her Master of Science in Education in Higher Education Administration at the University of Kansas. 

Casey is passionate about higher education and providing engaging experiences and opportunities for students to learn and succeed. The Office of the University Registrar is an imperative office in helping students along their journey. Supporting the university academic departments with scheduling classes, maintaining student records, tuition and fee assessment, certifications, and production of a student's diploma are all in the purview of the office. She appreciates the opportunity to serve the university as University Registrar. 

When not working Casey spends her free time with her partner and two kids, walking their three dogs, exercising, reading, traveling, and spending time with family.
