Nicole Evans (she/her) comes from a queer, disabled and first-generational background and discovered a passion for assisting students during undergrad, while working as a Resident Assistant. Since graduating with her Bachelors in 2015, she’s worked as a Librarian Assistant, Academic Advisor and currently serves students as a Transfer Credit Specialist, specializing in athletics. She attended KU, where she received both her Bachelors and Masters in English, focused on fiction writing.

When not at work, Nicole’s interests aligns as most nerds do: playing video games, reading, writing novels and getting tattoos. She lives with her partner and pets (the cats, Sasha and Flynn, and the bestest dog, Dovahkiin) in Lawrence.
